Accessible guided walks in MK

In Milton Keynes, we're lucky to have plenty of green space to enjoy.
A man and two women stand together surrounded by greenery. They are all wearing bright colours and the sun is shining.

To make sure that everyone can benefit from getting outdoors, The Parks Trust run a programme of Health Walks.

Launched by Milton Keynes City Council and The Parks Trust as part of a national scheme almost two decades ago, MK Health Walks are an opportunity for residents to make new friends, improve their health, stay active, and have fun outdoors for free.

Created to help those with long-term health conditions, or who need support to remain physically active, the programme aims to improve and maintain the health and wellbeing of people who might not be able to get out and be physically active.

The regular walks are led by trained volunteers, typically cover short distances and most importantly, free to join.

Here are the guided walks taking place between April and September 2024.
