Are pharmacies meeting your needs?

Between September and December last year, the amount of feedback we received about pharmacies increased by 9.5% when compared to the previous three months.
Local pharmacists are working hard to deliver care to our community, but there is growing concern about shortages of medicines, levels of customer service, administration processes, lack of staff, and availability of some services.
The annual Pharmacy Needs survey is your opportunity to make sure your experiences count, and your voice helps to shape future improvements.

What happens next?
Your feedback will be reviewed by the Bedford Borough, Central Bedfordshire and Milton Keynes City Council shared Public Health team and North of England Commissioning Support Unit (NECS). The results from the survey will be used to identify any gaps in current services.
We will have some paper copies of the survey in early January. If you would like a paper copy, email us at info@healthwatchmiltonkeynes.co.uk
