Milton Keynes City Council are asking for you feedback on the pharmacy services in your area, and the pharmacy services that might be needed in the future.

Complete the survey online. 

What happens next? 
Your feedback will be reviewed by the Bedford Borough, Central Bedfordshire and Milton Keynes City Council shared Public Health team and North of England Commissioning Support Unit (NECS). The results from the survey will be used to identify any gaps in current services.

We will have some paper copies of the survey in early January. If you would like a paper copy, email us at info@healthwatchmiltonkeynes.co.uk
