Milton Court Care Home Enter and View
The purpose of this Enter and View programme was to engage with residents and their relatives or carers, to explore their overall experience of living in Milton Court care Home.
On the basis of this visit Milton Court is observed to be a well-run, comfortable establishment whose residents are well provided with social activities and interactions.
UPDATE:
Following our recommendations, we were pleased to hear that Milton Court have since:
- Purchased a number of Amazon Alexa’s for residents to enjoy in their rooms and helped them to create their own personalised playlists.
- Purchased an array of new activities resources, including sensory games and a film projector.
- Extended the activities programme to include boat trips and theatre excursions.
- Purchased insulated food delivery containers to ensure residents confined to their rooms still receive hot meals.
