Dementia: Memory Clubs and Support Groups
Updated September 2024
Memory Clubs
The memory clubs are for those living with dementia or symptoms of cognitive impairment whilst still living independently, albeit with intermittent support, in the community.
Please note: participants are asked to make their own way to the memory clubs. Carers are encouraged to enjoy a period of respite while these Memory Club sessions take place.
